‍With 3x active management exits and multiple successful exits, Matt has been involved with many high growth digital ventures in Australia, USA & UK in varying roles from founder, executive, to advisor, corporate development lead, investor and board member.

‍Founder
‍Matt Co-Founded Unlockd, a transformational venture that in ~3 years went from concept to $20m+ ARR (and a $200m market cap) nearly reaching ASX listing before interference by Google after launching in multiple markets internationally including USA, UK, India, Indonesia, Australia and UAE.

‍Current Activities
‍Matt has been advising clients specialising in founder led companies (On Board of Glow Dreaming and Travlr), but will now be focused on RealVC. He is a passive LP First Minute Capital Fund 1, LP Ratio Ventures Fund 1 Over the last five years, Matt has co-invested in SPV’s with investments of ~$7m of co-investor funds into Seed and Series A investments with likes of Expert 360, Vervoe and Peach.

‍Chair – Mental Health Australia
In December 2021, Matt was announced as the youngest ever chair for Australia’s Peak National body for Mental Health that reports to the Federal Government. An honorary and distinguished position that carries with it great access to government and the wider health sector.

Combining his passion for sports and technology James has led the creation of some of the most innovative and disruptive businesses in the sports media industry. Previously, James held a variety of leadership roles at PERFORM Group including Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of APAC. Prior to this, James was Commercial Director at Birmingham City Football Club.

Hannah Spilva

CEO and Co-Founder of LVLY - Director Limitless Group Hannah Spilva is the Co-Founder and former CEO of LVLY (recently acquired); Australia's most loved and most disruptive flower and gift delivery service. Hannah brings tremendous passion and focus on the customer from her experience in building the LVLY Brand. Her skills include D2C branding, advertising, e-commerce, logistics and fulfilment. Her previous experience in Social Enterprise and Advertising (McCann, Isobar) will bring material value to the RealVC Founder network in supporting their scaling efforts.
